So who am I?
I’m Janet, I work with coaches, consultants and course creators to launch their signature programs that creates the highest impact and client experience.
I am a Project Manager for done for your service providers and Digital Marketing Agencies. I have assisted with online course launches from $20k-350k+. What sets me apart from your typical PM is I bridge the gap between all areas of the launch because I work behind the scenes in Web Design and Facebook Ads Agencies. Also, with my for-profit experience, leading a 10 million dollar entity I know what it takes to create a solid foundation of clients that you can retain for years to come.

Step 1
You will complete the application form providing an overview of your past launch and outlining what you feel didn’t go well. If your application is approved, you will receive a link to schedule your discovery call.
Step 2
Next, I will create a custom strategy for you which will create a structure for your next launch without overwhelm. I will also provide a detailed project plan covering your 8 weeks which will provide the ease and grace to execute your program.
Step 3
We will schedule our intensive where we will take a deep dive into your launch. Reviewing the intake form and outline of the strategy. We will also review the project plan to ensure we have the key players to execute. We will go over any questions or fears you have about the next launch!
