Payment is due prior to services rendered. After the first two months, retainers are preferred and automatically deducted on the 15th of the month. Hours are timed using an online platform.

About Me 

Hi, I'm Janet. I'm a corporate dropout and proud of it!

When I was a Director, I was the "chosen one" to go to  under-performing  sites to fix and get it together. I built winning teams, corrected processes, had strong conversions, and  had documented double digit growth year over year. With it came years of not being recognized and regularly missing my son's events (single parent).  I found that my values no longer aligned with theirs.  Shortly after, I voluntarily separated and opened The Executive Coordinator, LLC. The best decision I ever made.

Now, I use my skills to have a greater impact with my proven results. My goal is to serve many businesses in delivering six and seven figures in revenue and beyond. I am grateful everyday to cook dinner for my son and be home with my puppy Bella Skye.

1. How is the time monitored? We use online tools to track time. Also, we use Dubsado as our primary project management tool. We are happy to use your current tools.
2. How often do we communicate? Typically, most communication will be via email or the project management tool. We will schedule a weekly touch base, per your request.
